Raising Mental Health Awareness
The aim of this talk is to give any member of staff an overview of what mental health is and how we can go about understanding mental health disorders.
Furthermore the briefings aim to encourage us to talk more openly about mental health related issues and highlight the support services available both within and outside the University.
